Crown Worldwide Moving Storage Honored by California Moving & Storage Association

CMSA NAMES CROWN WORLDWIDE MOVING & STORAGE

PINNACLE AWARD WINNER

SAN LEANDRO, Calif. – The California Moving and Storage Association (CMSA) recently presented its highest honor, the Pinnacle Award, to Crown Worldwide Moving & Storage, a United agent. CMSA presented the award at its annual convention.

Crown ranked highest among applicants in four required areas – management practices; marketing, advertising and sales practices; customer and vendor relations; and community service. CMSA created the award in 2008 to honor moving and storage companies in California who commit to a high standard of ethical business practices.

“We are honored to be recognized by CMSA,” said Crown Worldwide President Rick Hosea. “Crown Worldwide takes CMSA’s code of ethics very seriously, and we believe it’s helped Crown in all areas of business from how we treat our customers to how we interact with our employees.”

CMSA highlighted Crown’s excellence in all categories including its employee wellness program, customer complaint process and membership in community organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce and charitable organizations.

Daryl Flood Steps up for Crown Worldwide

Crown launched their LIFE "Race Across America" team pedometer activity in February. The activity has teams reporting their weekly step counts for various stages as they virtually cross the United States from San Francisco to Key West.
LIFE stands for: Lifestyle Improvements For Employees and is a program aimed at improving the health of the dedicated men and women who work at Crown Worldwide Moving & Storage.
The kind people at Daryl Flood Movers (Texas) liked the idea of Crown's employee wellness program so much they sponsored the 656 miles (1,312,00 steps) stage, from New Mexico to the "Lone Star" state. Crown's Team 6 beat out six other teams to take the prize.

Daryl Flood provided a variety of Texas themed prizes and Crown is very grateful for their generosity and support from their fellow UniGroup Agent.
